A document is any file you upload and train your AI on: PDFs, Word files, PowerPoints, and more. Each uploaded file counts as one active document toward your plan's limit. Only published (active) documents count; archived documents do not.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If your document count exceeds a lower plan's limit, you'll need to archive documents before the downgrade applies.
Voice training lets you define the tone, personality, and communication style of your AI assistant: formal, casual, a named persona, or fully on-brand. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
The Free plan requires no payment details — create an account and start immediately. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and you can cancel anytime; your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period with all documents and settings preserved.
On Business and Enterprise plans, you can embed your Docutrain assistant into any website using a standard HTML iframe. No redirect required. Visitors interact with your assistant without ever leaving your product.
