A document is any file you upload and train your AI on: PDFs, Word files, PowerPoints, and more. Each uploaded file counts as one active document toward your plan's limit. Only published (active) documents count; archived documents do not.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If your document count exceeds a lower plan's limit, you'll need to archive documents before the downgrade applies.
Voice training lets you define the tone, personality, and communication style of your AI assistant: formal, casual, a named persona, or fully on-brand. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Pro and Business trials require no credit card. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. All documents and settings are preserved either way.
On Business and Enterprise plans, you can embed your DocuTrain assistant into any website using a standard HTML iframe. No redirect required. Visitors interact with your assistant without ever leaving your product.
